Situated in a laid-back neighborhood, this home gives you both a relaxed environment and a convenient drive to everything Pensacola has to offer. Coastal Cottage will instantly put you in a good mood with its hardwood floors, calming décor, and abundance of natural light. The living room offers comfortable couches centered around a large Smart TV, making it the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach. The dining area offers seating for four with additional seating at the breakfast bar overlooking the kitchen. For meal prep, the well-appointed kitchen is a chef's delight with its stainless steel appliances and bright, roomy atmosphere. Coastal Cottage can sleep up to nine guests comfortably with three bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Each of the bedrooms offers Smart TVs, so you can watch your favorite programs in your own space. There is an included washer/dryer with your rental to help you keep up with your laundry. Coastal Cottage is also snowbird-friendly for those who desire an extended stay during the winter months. This rental is located 100 yards from the beach, an easy walk. When you aren't spending time at the beach, take a dip in the private pool. From this location, you will be around 10 miles from Pensacola, giving you almost limitless activity, dining and attraction options. The Pensacola Beach Trolley offers free rides from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day to help make getting around the area a breeze. Clean Coverlet Program: This property provides fresh and clean bed linens, including comforters and coverlets, laundered prior to every check-in. *Please note there are exterior cameras on the west wall downstairs over trash cans overlooking the driveway, and an exterior camera on the southern wall downstairs aimed towards the driveway and stairs to the front door. **Please note there is a strict 2 pet maximum; guests will be fined for bringing additional pets.

This host gives 100% refunds of booking deposits within 48 hours of booking.

Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if cancelled less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-5 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 6-10 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 11+ bedrooms.

There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.
