Blue Heron retains its original charm with pedestal sinks in two of the guest bedrooms and the primary bathroom, situated in the bedroom, has a clawfoot bathtub and sliding barn door revealing the walk-in shower. To access the first floor, simply make your way down the outdoor steps and let yourself in. The first floor is accessible through the front of the home or the Gulf-facing rear. Down here, you'll find a cozy space complete with a large guest room and full bathroom. There is also a kitchen and living area on the first floor, making this space great for multiple families traveling together or the kids in your group. Once you've explored Blue Heron from top to bottom, it's time to head to the beach! Just a few steps out the back door and you're on this award-winning shore in no time. Set up your beach chairs, frolic in the surf, or go for a walk down the soft white sand. When you return from the beach, rinse off the sand under the heated outdoor shower. In the evenings, venturing out to one of Pensacola Beach's numerous restaurants is a must! This host gives 100% refunds of booking deposits within 48 hours of booking.

Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if cancelled less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-5 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 6-10 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 11+ bedrooms.

There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.
