This unit has televisions in the living area and master bedroom. The master bedroom offers the privacy of an attached bath with a Jacuzzi tub. This condo also has a private bath in the second bedroom with a third bathroom located in the hall. A fully equipped kitchen has a full size refrigerator with in-door ice and water dispenser, stovetop oven, microwave, and dishwasher as well as the basic cooking utensils and dinnerware for easy meal preparation. The dining room table will easily seat six diners with additional seating for two at the breakfast bar. For additional convenience, all bed and bath linens and stackable washer/dryer are also provided. Please be advised that Waters Edge is not a pet-friendly property. Things to know: Beach service included (March 15 - October) No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 4. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
