Gulf Dunes E 209 This beautiful Gulf Front vacation rental includes floor-to-ceiling patio doors in both the living room and primary bedroom leading to your own private balcony so you can enjoy the white sandy beaches & the spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Other features of this vacation rental include a fully equipped kitchen that consists of a full size refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave, and dishwasher, along with all the dishes and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. In the family oriented dining area, you will find a dining table to seat six. Each bedroom and the living room have TVs and DVD players. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
