This upscale and gorgeous condo features include granite countertops, a full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave, and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots, and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The dining room has a table to sit down for a home-cooked meal. This stunning retreat is furnished with four TVs. With seating on this large patio, you will be able to relax and enjoy endless spectacular views of the white, sugar-sand beaches and the Gulf of Mexico. Things to know: Beach service includes two chairs and an umbrella from March to October. All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 6. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
